Apolygus spinolae is a species of true bug in the Miridae family. It can be found throughout Europe, except for Albania, Estonia, Liechtenstein, Malta, and Portugal.

Description

Adults length is 5–6 millimetres (0.20–0.24 in). The species are coloured black on the bottom and green on top, with a brownish back.

Ecology

They feed on plants of various kinds, including bog-myrtle, bramble, creeping thistle, meadowsweet, and nettle. The species are active June–September.
