Antonio Marquis Penn (born December 22, 1992) is a professional American football defensive back for the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks of the National Arena League (NAL).

College career
Penn started off his college career at the University of Virginia's College at Wise in 2011. After 2 seasons with the Highland Cavaliers, Penn transferred to West Virginia University in the Fall of 2013. Penn spent a year at WVU before transferring again, accepting a full scholarship in 2014 to play under Head Coach Blake Nill for the University of Calgary. Following just a year playing for the Dinos, Penn transferred yet again to Iowa Wesleyan University in 2015. Following the 2015 season, Penn was selected All-USCAA 1st Team Defense and declared for the 2016 NFL Draft. Penn joined Iowa State University's 2016 Draft Class for his NFL Pro Day on March 22, 2016 in Ames, Iowa.
Professional career
Penn signed with the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks on September 14, 2016 after going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft.
