Anomaloglossus parkerae is a species of frog in the Aromobatidae family. It is only know from the region of its type locality in the La Escalera, the BolĂvar state, Venezuela, near the Guyanan border; it is expected to occur in Guyana too. This diurnal frog has been found in a muddy roadside ditch, and on the rocky banks of rivers in tropical montane forests at Sierra de Lema. It is potentially threatened by habitat loss such as construction of power lines, deforestation, construction of access roads for the deforestation and tourism. The population status is unknown but thought to be common and protected by Canaima National Park.
