Anna Agrafioti

Anna Agrafioti (Greek: Αννα Αγραφιωτη; born 10 April 1991 in Athens) is a Greek sports sailor.

Anna is sailing since she was 5 years old. She was a greek champion in Women's Laser Radial class for several years. She has participated in 4 World Championships and 5 European Championships. She was part of the Greek sailing team from 2006 until 2012. In 2012, Anna was part of the Greek Olympic Team.

At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's Laser Radial class, finishing in 33rd place.

After 2012 , Anna finished her studies in Physical Education and Sport Science and left to Qatar to work as a national coach.

When she came back to Greece mid of 2015, she started practicing yoga again. She spent 8 month involved in creative activities.

In April 2016 she decide to have her first teacher training in yoga. She started with Transformational Hatha Yoga with her Teacher Michelle Kaminski. At the end of 2016 she traveled to India to expand her knowledge about yoga.She went in India to find Sri Swami Vinyanand, founder of Transformational Yoga. She has felt that this yoga style has been working in a different way in all her levels of her being. She stayed 5 weeks with him, learning, experiencing, observing, meditating, chanting, releasing, opening up, creating connections, communicating and finally experiencing unconditional love.

When she came back (early 2017), she started working on selfnsoul fitness project.

Anna is the founder of Selfnsoulfitness a portal through a beautiful, happy and healthy life.

Selfnsoul fitness provides tools, information and services that serves and acknowledge each person's uniqueness and individuality.
