Anis alamgir s short film eye
Anis Alamgir is a Bangladeshi journalist working in both print and electronic media. He teaches journalism at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). He covered many international events, such as the war in Afghanistan in 2001 and the Iraq war in 2003.

Career
He was formerly the CEO of Mohona Television, and also worked as the head of the news departments at RTV and Boishakhi TV. In addition, he was the special diplomatic correspondent of Channel I. Working for the print media, he was diplomatic correspondent for The Independent and The Morning Sun. He was also a diplomatic correspondent for Daily Ajker Kagoj. He covered many international events including news from the Iraq and Afghan battlefields as the only journalist from Bangladesh.
Educational background
He received his graduate in journalism from Dhaka University.
Published works
Anis Alamgir has written Iraq Rananganeye, a book that is based on his experiences during the Iraq war, and he has also made a short film called Eye.
Present work
At present he writes a newspaper column in The Bangla Tribune about current affairs on national and international matters.
