Critical reception
According to a review published in the Los Angeles Times, "there's a bar at the back where you can hang, waiting for a table, and a patio of sorts up front where smokers take a break."
In March 2009, The James Beard Foundation named the restaurant as a semifinalist for its prestigious chef and restaurant awards.
