Andy Koçoğlu (born April 15, 1992 in Malibu, California) is a Turkish-American professional ice hockey player. Currently, he is competing in the Turkish Ice Hockey Super League for Izmir BB GSK. He is part of the Turkey men's national ice hockey team. The 1.78 m (5 ft 10 in) tall forward at 87.5 kg (193 lb) shoots right-handed. His younger brother Alec Koçoğlu is also an ice hockey player.

Club

Born in the United States to parents from Turkey, Andy Koçoğlu played in the United States in the Pacific Division of Western States Hockey League for Bay City Bombers in the 2009–10 season and for Long Beach Bombers from 2010 to 2012.

After moving to Turkey, he joined the Ankara-based team Başkent Yıldızları in 2012, where he played one season in the Turkish Super League (TBHSL) and enjoyed championship. In the 2013–14 season, he transferred to Izmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi GSK. Koçoğlu became once again champion with his team.

He participated for Başkent Yıldızları at the IIHF Continental Cup 2013 – Group A matches held in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania.

International

Koçoğlu has been called up to the Turkish national team. He played in the 2016 IIHF World Championship Division III tournament and enjoyed his team's champion title.
