Background (education etc)

From the age of twelve, he attended classes at the Fashion Academy and Institute of Trades Plastic Arts and received the "Young Talent of Antananarivo, He left Madagascar for Paris when he was 19 in order to study at the Ecole Spéciale d’Architecture where he obtained a diploma degree in architecture in 2003. He has exhibited in Paris, London, Dusseldorf, Tokyo and Antananarivo, in a number of major group exhibitions, including Africa Remix, curated by Simon Njami
Career

His work is multidisciplinary and faceted, it explores perceptions of reality and their relation to conceptions of time. Andrianomearisoa has worked with paper, textile, audiovisual, sculpture, architecture, installation.

"Sentimental" - a six month exhibition was visible at La Maison Revue Noire in Paris from May 1 to December 31, 2013
