Andrew "Andy" Burgess is a professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s, and 1990s, playing at representative level for Ireland, and at club level for Salford City Reds, as a loose forward/lock, i.e. number 13. He now coaches at Fylde RUFC for the under 15's team.

Burgess joined his hometown club Salford on his 17th birthday in April 1987. He spent ten years at the club, appearing in 184 games.
