Research
Andrew helped present a poster entitled "Plk1 is overexpressed in retinoblastoma and its inhibition by siRNA or small-molecule inhibitor results in growth arrest and apoptosis" on April 20, 2010 at the national AACR meeting in Washington, D.C. While a student at Grove City College Andrew conducted research on the mating patterns of White-tailed deer using mitochondrial DNA analysis. He published more than 13 sequences to NCBI GenBank of White-tailed Deer mtDNA.
