Andrew Ager (born February 12, 1962) is a Canadian composer.

Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Ager has performed in Canada, Europe, and the United States. He began his studies in piano at age four, and as a teenager studied piano in Ottawa. He began composing seriously at sixteen when the family moved to Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. He was described in the Toronto Star as ´´One of Toronto´s most intriguing classical musicians´´.

Ager's piece "Autumn Overture" was premiered by the Georgian Bay Symphony October 2003. Ager moved to the Quebec countryside in October 2010 to compose full-time. On April 9, 2017, "The Unknown Soldier", his work for choir, chamber orchestra and baritone, was performed at the Canadian War Museum as part of the Centennial Commemoration of the Battle of Vimy Ridge. His new work "The Talk of the Town", which was commissioned by the Toronto Symphony Orchestra for the Canada 150 Celebration, will be premiered in Toronto on November 18, 2017.
