Andreolepis is an extinct genus of the order Actinopterygii, placed in the monogeneric family Andreolepididae.

The known species of this genus are A. hedei and A. petri. A. hedei has proven so far to be the earliest-known actinopterygiian, living around 420 million years ago. Both species inhabited Russia, and A. hedei fossils have also been uncovered in Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia.
