Anacampsis agrimoniella is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Clemens in 1860. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Ontario and New York south to Florida, west to Illinois. The habitat consists of woodlands and wood edges.

The wingspan is 10-12 mm. The basal half of the forewings is medium grey, while the apical half is dark grey to blackish. A thick white band crosses the wing about two-thirds from the base, with the inner margin of the band straight-edged and the outer margin broadening at the costa.

The larvae feed on Agrimonia species.
