SECTION 1. PILOT PROJECT OFFICES OF FEDERAL PERMIT STREAMLINING PILOT PROJECT.

Section 365 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. § 15924) is amended by striking subsection (d) and inserting the following:

"(d) Pilot Project Offices.--The following Bureau of Land Management Offices shall serve as the Pilot Project offices:

Kevin Cramer (R-ND) on February 15, 2013. It was referred to the United States House Committee on Natural Resources and then to the United States House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources.

The House Majority Leader Eric Cantor announced on Friday, May 10, 2013, that H.R. 1580 would be considered the following week.
