Club career

Gojak came through Željezničar's youth academy, although he never got the chance to play for them on senior level. After he left Željezničar due to disagreements with board, he signed with Olimpic in 2014.
Dinamo Zagreb

After a successful spell at Olimpic, Gojak was transferred to Dinamo Zagreb. The move was labelled as the transfer of the biggest Bosnian talent. He debuted in a Cup game against Istra 1961. His first goal came on 14 May 2016, in a home win against Lokomotiva.

In September 2016, aged 19, Gojak made his UEFA Champions League debut against Lyon. Gojak signed a new contract with Dinamo in March 2017, expiring 2022. On 29 April 2017, Gojak scored four goals in a 6–0 home win over Cibalia.
International career

Gojak represented Bosnia and Herzegovina on all youth levels.

His first senior call-up came in March 2017, for games against Gibraltar and Albania.
