Kaback is founder and CEO of VIP Talent Connect.
In June 2011, Kaback organized a free networking meet and greet that also served as a model and talent search for Kaback's reality show, Model Diaries NYC. The event featured Kaback model, Anchal Joseph.

Women's conference
The 1st Annual Women's Empowerment Summit was held July 16, 2011 at Bennett Media Studios. Tickets started at $45, with different ticket prices and levels, and the attendance was limited to only 100 people, to facilitate networking. The conference was designed for all women, to meet and share best practices, stories of success, and experiences both personal and professional. The Summit was headlined by Actress, Vivica A. Fox.
