Background

Pollok-Morris grew up in Bramhall, GMC and later Scotland and studied at Central Saint Martins in London. More recently, he has been an associate lecturer in photography at Central Saint Martins.

Works

His work has appeared in numerous titles including BBC Gardens Illustrated, Country Life (magazine), Homes & Gardens, House & Garden (magazine), The Garden (journal) and the Garden Design Journal. He has published two books through his own publishing house, Northfield Editions, which has led to numerous exhibitions of his work.

Exhibitions

Recent exhibitions include:

  • He exhibited his work at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh from September 2008 to January 2009.
  • February/March 2009 at the Bonhoga Gallery in Lerwick, Shetland.
  • An exhibition at the Chicago Botanic Garden in 2010.
  • In 2011 he exhibited photographs from his second book at the United States Botanic Garden in Washington, D.C..
  • From October 2013 to March 2014 he exhibited at the New York Botanical Garden.
  • As well as numerous exhibitions throughout London.
  • Honours and awards

    In 2010 he was one of the finalists at the Garden Media Guild's Photographer of the Year awards.

    Elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
