Rio was born in Mexico City, Mexico and raised in El Sereno, Los Angeles, California, United States.
Career
Rio began moonlighting as a porn star while continuing to work as the Deputy City Treasurer at City Hall in San Gabriel, California, a job which she later quit to pursue a full time porn career.
