Alicia Quirk (born 28 March 1992) is a semi-professional Australian rugby union player. She won a gold medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio.

Quirk represents Australia in Sevens Rugby. Born in Wagga Wagga, NSW and playing for The Tribe at a club level, she debuted for Australia in May 2013. As of December 2015, she currently has 13 caps. On top of this, Alicia also represents Australia in Touch Football. Her greatest achievement was winning the Touch World Cup 2011. She studied Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University, Albury-Wodonga, graduating in 2013. Representative Honours include ACT. Quirk was a member of Australia's women's sevens team at the 2016 Summer Olympics, defeating New Zealand in the final to win the inaugural Olympic gold medal in the sport.
