Ali Lenin Aguilera Marciales (born 1967 in Caracas, Venezuela) is a Venezuelan lawyer, entrepreneur, and a Strategic Business Development Consultant.

Professional life

Ali Aguilera has been working as a lawyer and Strategic Business Consultant for more than 20 years, at the same time between 1995-1997 he became Private Secretary of Aragua State.

During 1997 to 1998 Aguilera was an external advisor for the Finance Committee of the Congress. In 1999 he was elected as an Independent member of the Venezuelan Chamber of Deputies. He was the youngest Venezuelan congressperson (List of Latin Americans notables).

The Congress was dissolved eight month later by the Venezuelan President, Lieutenant Colonel, Hugo Chávez, when in April 1999, Chavez sponsored a referendum seeking permission to summon the 1999 Constituent Assembly of Venezuela that closed down the former Congress after August 1999, according to the Official Gazette No. 36.857. to eliminate further the state of law in Venezuela. Aguilera has managed the Strategic Business Development area as well as the law field. He advises for public and private sectors, nationally and internationally in (Latin America, Europe and United States). He is a member of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), the International Lawyers Association (ILA), and the Honorable Colegio de Abogados del Distrito Federal.

He has two children, Ivann and Ali Aguilera-Djoubi.
