Ali Hama Salaih (Kurdish: علی حمە ساڵح, born 16 April 1984) is an Iraqi Kurdish politician of the Movement for Change (Gorran).

Although he is not an expert in finance and even mathematics, Saleh has gained the nickname of "The Calculator" for asking public questions about government finances.
