Blessed Alexander Rawlins was an English Roman Catholic martyr, beatified in 1929.
He was born in Worcestershire. After imprisonment for his allegiance to the Church of Rome, he went to Reims for seminary training and was ordained a priest. He arrived in England as a missioner in April 1590 with Edmund Gennings and Hugh Sewell.
He was hanged, drawn and quartered in 1595, alongside Henry Walpole.
His feast is on 7 April.
