Alexander Dmitryevich Beglov (Russian: Алекса́ндр Дми́триевич Бегло́в; [ɐlʲɪˈksandr ˈdmʲitrʲɪjɪvʲɪtɕ bʲɪˈglof]); born 19 May 1956) is a Russian politician who was formerly the Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of Russian Federation. He is a member of United Russia since 21 May 2013.

Education and family
In 1983, he graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and in 2003 - North-West Academy of Public Administration.
His wife is the chairman of the Civil Registration Department, St. Petersburg City Administration. His daughter is head of Legal Culture Committee of St. Petersburg.
Career
On 23 May 2012, Alexander Beglov was appointed presidential envoy in Central Federal District.
