Personal life

Monteverde married American actress Ali Landry on April 8, 2006 in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. They have three children: daughter Estela Ines (born July 11, 2007), and sons Marcelo Alejandro (born October 8, 2011) and Valentin Francesco (born July 11, 2013). Valentin's middle name was inspired by Pope Francis, as Landry and Monteverde met him while she was pregnant and he blessed the baby.
