On 9 April 2012, Omae reached her best singles ranking of world number 222. On 23 September 2013, Omae reached her best doubles ranking of world number 163. Omae has won five ITF singles titles and 17 ITF doubles titles.
Omae's biggest title to date was at the 2015 Dunlop World Challenge, where she won the doubles title, partnering with Peangtarn Plipuech.
