Ainsley Howard is a British actress probably best known for her roles as Birdie in the 2008 film Mum & Dad in which she co-starred alongside Perry Benson, Dido Miles and Toby Alexander and Mount Pleasant as Denise. She has also appeared in Hospital Based Drama, Holby City, and BBC's Doctors

Hobbies
Howard is keen on Yoga. She is also trained in Ballroom Dancing, Latin American Dancing, Jazz dance and has a Diploma in Mezzo-Soprano singing.
