Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani (Urdu: اعجاز حسین جاکھرانی; born 5 March 1967) is a Pakistani politician who is currently a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, belonging to the Pakistan Peoples Party.

He served as Federal Minister for Sports and Health.
