Ahmed Sabbour (born 28 March 1964) is an Egyptian engineer involved with Saridar and various tourist villages in Sahl Hasheesh and Sharm El Sheikh projects. Sabbour is the founder of the Egyptian Junior Business Association.

Personal life
Sabbour was born in Egypt. His father is Hussein Fayek Sabbour, an engineering consultant, and his mother is Nagwa El Kosei, a consultant. He graduated in 1987 from the University of Southern California with a degree in Civil Engineering.
He is married to Rania Samaha and the couple have six children.
Startups career
Sabbour is a founder, chairman of the board, and managing director for several large Egyptian companies, including Al Mohandessoon Development and Construction Company 1989); Al Ahly Real Estate Development Company (1994); Egyptian Resorts Company (ERC) and Oriental Resorts for Touristic Development, (both 1996); Sharm Egypt Company and Al Abnaa for Touristic Development Company (both 1997); Egyptian Company for Entertainment and Tourist Attractions (ECETA) (2000); and Al Mostakbal Touristic, Entertainment and Real Estate Investments.
International startups include: GITEC (Global Information & Technology Education Center) Company, based in Dubai (2003); Al Arabia Real Estate Development Co. (which manages investments for billions of Egyptian pounds); and Land Mark, in Relantex.
