Ahmad El-Sayed (Arabic: أحمد السيد) (born October 30, 1980) is an Egyptian footballer. He plays the Defender position for Telephonat Bani Sweif as well as Egypt's National Football Team. He was in the team list of Egypt that won the African Cup of Nations Egypt 2006, but he did not participate in games.
