Early life
He was born on 6 April 1974.
Political career
Khokhar was elected to the Provincial Assembly of Punjab on PML-N ticket from PP-160 constituency in Pakistani general election, 2002.
He was elected as a member of National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-128 (Lahore) in Pakistani general election, 2008.
He was re-elected as a member of National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-128 (Lahore) in Pakistani general election, 2013.
