Chaudhry Aftab Ahmed Gujjar Advocate (April 16, 1957 – May 9, 2009) was a senior advocate Of Supreme Court Of Pakistan and a well-known figure of District Sargodha.

Early life
Chaudhry Aftab Ahmed Gujjar Advocate was born in a Gujjar family in chak No 3 NB Tehsil Bhalwal District Sargodha in Punjab Province on April 16, 1957. He received his early education from his hometown Government Primary School Chak no 3 NB and Government High School Chak No 10. He did his F.A and B.A from Government College Sargodha. Later he went to Punjab University Lahore from where he got a law degree and went into practicing law. He did his M.A. in Political Science and took his degree of law from Punjab University and also did CSS.
Family
He belonged to landlord family of Tehsil Bhalwal. His father Chaudhry Rehmat khan Theekrya mostly lived in their hometown village Chak No 3 NB Tehsil Bhalwal District Sargodha. Chaudhry Aftab Ahmed Gujjar Advocate is one of the notable residents of District Sargodha. He is a prominent member of Gujjar Family. His elder is a Barrister,and has graduated from City University London.His son went back to Islamabad,Pakistan straight after upon graduating.He found a job instantly at the High Court. He, Chaudhry Aftab, has six brothers & one sister.
Popularity
Mr. Aftab Gujjar first came to limelight when he started practicing law after completing his studies which gave him a very big name. He was a social worker and was also involved in politics. He was sound of the hearts of the needy and poor people. He had been at the forefront of the lawyers movement that culminated in the restoration of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry & one of the most respected & popular person of District Sargodha.
He was offered as a Justice of High Court which he refused due to the suspension of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and support the lawyers movement. He also remained as A.A.G PUNJAB. He was also elected Chief Executive of High Court Bar Association Rawalpindi Bench.
As a lawyer
Mr. Aftab Gujjar started practicing law in January 1982 from Lahore and Sargodha and gained a very big name as a lawyer. Later he started practicing in High Court Bar and Supreme Court of Pakistan and became a very respected and famous advocate. In 2007 he was elected senior member of executive committee of High Court Bar Association Rawalpindi. He was well-known person of High Court Rawalpindi and most senior and respected advocate of Bhalwal Bar Association.
Death
Chaudhry Aftab Ahmed Gujjar died from complications of Hepatitis C and cancer in Shifa International Hospital Islamabad on 9 May 2009, which was a biggest loss for his family members and friends, as he was sound of the people's hearts.
