The Adelaide Strikers WBBL team is a women's cricket team based in Adelaide, Australia. It competes in the Twenty20 Women's Big Bash League (WBBL), under the same name and team colours as the Adelaide Strikers team in the Big Bash League mens' competition. One of eight founding teams in the league, the WBBL team is coached by Andrea McCauley.

On 15 September 2015, Shelley Nitschke announced that she would be returning from retirement to take on a dual role with the team, as both a player and an assistant coach.

The Strikers' inaugural captain, Lauren Ebsary, led the team through the WBBL01 season (2015–16), but then joined the Perth Scorchers. Since the commencement of the WBBL02 season (2016–17), the Strikers have been captained by Tegan McPharlin, who is also the team's wicketkeeper.
