Early life
He was born in Nalgonda district in Andhra pradesh. He did his bachelors from Osmania University.
Career
He is a major proponent of Telangana statehood. He joined Congress party in March 2014 and is contesting in elections for MLA from Tungaturthi assembly constituency.

He actively participated and led with TJAC in 2004–10 Telangana protests. He is very good orator and is known for his powerful speeches in rallies and meetings.
