Actionspace is a software as a service (SaaS) task and project management application for SharePoint and Office 365 designed to help teams organise and track their work. The solution is business-centered and used mostly in companies and organizations of all sizes.

Contents

Actionspace is available both as a standalone web-based solution and a SharePoint add-in and Office 365 add-in. Both versions are offered with a 14-day free trial. The system resides on Microsoft Azure platform.

Features

Actionspace comprises project management tools, including Gantt chart, time tracking, recurring tasks, automated workflows, templates, and reporting functionality. Supports direct task creation from Outlook emails. Personal productivity tools are based on Getting Things Done (GTD) time-management concept.

Tasks and projects in Actionspace are arranged into four major sections accessible via system's main dashboard:

  • All tasks
  • Tasks to control
  • My tasks
  • Focus
  • Integration with SharePoint and Office 365

Actionspace add-in, deployable from Office Store, provides users with private access to their internal SharePoint content and allows to synchronise company's Azure Active Directory with Actionspace. Actionspace also supports single sign-on, which means that users receive access to the system using their existing Microsoft credentials.

Actionspace is available in the Office Store and on Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

    Recognitions

Actionspace is recognised by Microsoft for customer excellence. According to Fifty Five and Five, it is also among Top 50 Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint product vendors for marketing excellence.
