Groupe Acrotec is a Swiss precision manufacturing company that serves customers in the luxury watch market and several other industrial end markets. François Billig, the current CEO, started building the Group in 2001.

History
Acrotec Groupe is an independent company in Switzerland, which produces a large range of high-precision and complex components as well as providing complementary services in the fields of high-end watchmaking and other industries such as aerospace, medical, micromechanics, automotive and connector technology. The company has become one of the largest independent suppliers of critical components for the luxury watch market in Switzerland.
In 2016, the Acrotec Group was acquired from Quilvest Private Equity by the European private equity investment firm Castik Capital.

Acrotec comprises nine subsidiary companies, each having its own speciality within the group.
Décovi
Décovi, based in Vicques, Switzerland, manufactures precision turned parts, mainly oscillating weights and barrel covers for the watch markets. It is one of the few credible suppliers of oscillating weights, a critical component in watchmaking. It also produces connectors and fittings for the industrial sector as well as implants and medical equipment.
DJC
DJC, specialises in the high capacity production of precision turned parts from metal bars. Based in Thyez, France, its key products are actuator components, turbocharger components, oil plugs, braking components and hydraulic connectors.
Générale Ressorts
Founded in 1857, Générale Ressorts SA is a manufacturer of springs for various industrial end-markets and spring barrels for the watch movements. Located in Bienne, Switzerland, it has long-standing relationships with industry-leading Swiss watch manufacturers.
KIF Parechoc
KIF Parechoc is a watch parts manufacturer based in Le Sentier, Switzerland, mainly producing shock absorbers and regulators, but also screws, barrels, mobiles and portes piton.
Mu-DEC
Based in Develier, Switzerland, Mu-DEC is a manufacturer of micro-turned parts, specialised in geometrically complex components for watch movements made from materials such as steel, titanium, stainless steel, brass and nickel.
Petitpierre
Petitpierre is the subsidiary of the Acrotec Group which specialises in manufacturing machine tools for the watch-making industry as well as in the assembly and control of precision components. Specifically, it produces dynamometric screwdrivers, torquemeters, measuring instruments, horological magnifying glasses and luxury horological tool boxes for collectors.
PreciPro
Based near to the city of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, PreciPro is a manufacturer of jewellery such as bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings made from precious metals with custom-made designs provided by customers.
STS
STS provides finishing services for watch parts such as galvanisation, varnishing and coating. Located across three locations in Switzerland, its technical capabilities include electroplating, thermal treatment and decoration.
Vardeco
Vardeco is a manufacturer of specialised pins and connectors with a specialisation in bar turning, polishing, heat and galvanic treatment, and high speed turning techniques. Located in Develier, Switzerland, it provides connector pins and probes for the aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical and telecommunications industries.
