Acraea ventura is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Kenya. The habitat consists of marshy areas.

The larvae feed on Cassia species.
