Achkhoy-Martan (Russian: Ачхо́й-Марта́н; Chechen: Тӏаьхьа-Марта) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Achkhoy-Martanovsky District of the Chechen Republic, Russia. Population: 20,172 (2010 Census); 16,742 (2002 Census); 14,680 (1989 Census).
