Acacia veronica is a shrub or tree of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Great Southern region of Western Australia.

The shrub or tree typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 10 metres (5 to 33 ft). It blooms from March to September and produces white-cream flowers.
