Acacia tysonii is a shrub or tree of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The erect slender shrub or tree typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 6 metres (5 to 20 ft). It blooms from June to September and produces yellow flowers.
