Acacia stipulosa is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Northern Territory and Kimberley region of Western Australia.

The viscid prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 2 metres (7 ft). It blooms in July and produces yellow flowers.
