Acacia setulifera is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Northern Territory and the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

The bushy, dense and resinous shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 1 metre (1 to 3 ft) and produces bright yellow flowers. The phyllodes are elliptic or ovate, often slightly curved and undulate, 0.3 to 0.6 centimetres (0.1 to 0.2 in) long, 1.5 to 3 millimetres (0.1 to 0.1 in) wide.
