Acacia scalpelliformis is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area along the south coast in the South West and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.

The erect prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 2.0 metres (2 to 7 ft). It blooms in September and produces yellow flowers.
