Acacia polybotrya, commonly known the Hairy feather wattle, is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Botrycephalae. It is native to an area in New South Wales and Queensland.

The spreading shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 2 metres (3 to 7 ft). It flowers from August to November producing yellow inflorescences.
