Acacia pinguiculosa is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 1.5 metres (1 to 5 ft). It blooms from August to October and produces white-yellow flowers.

There are two recognised subspecies:
