Acacia phlebopetala is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 1.5 metres (1.0 to 4.9 ft). It blooms from September to April and produces cream-white flowers.

There are two variations for this species:

  • Acacia phlebopetala var. phlebopetala
