Acacia oldfieldii is a tree or shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to Kimberley region of Western Australia.
The tree or shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 5 metres (3 to 16 ft). It flowers from October to May producing yellow flowers. The plant will grow in lateritic or clay soils over basalt.
