Acacia jasperensis is a shrub or tree belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to the Northern Territory and the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

The erect and slender shrub or tree typically grows to a height of 6 metres (19.7 ft) and produces yellow flowers.
