Acacia helmsiana is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Northern Territory and the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

The bushy spreading resinous shrub typically grows to a height of 0.45 to 2 metres (1 to 7 ft). It blooms from August to November and produces yellow flowers.
