Acacia hastulata is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area along the south coast in the Goldfields-Esperance and South West regions of Western Australia.

The slender, spreading and prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 2.0 metres (1 to 7 ft) and produces cream-yellow flowers from July to November.
