Acacia dictyoneura is a shrub native to the south-west of Western Australia. It grows to between 0.5 and 2 metres high and has phyllodes that are 6 to 15 mm long and 4 to 9 mm wide. Yellow globular flowerheads appear from August to November in the species native range.
The species was formally described in 1904 by German botanist Ernst Pritzel, based on plant material collected near Cape Riche.
